Murk Optics offers a 90 days limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials with a valid itemized receipt. Our warranty does not cover any defects caused by normal wear and tear, improper use or repair, extreme weather elements, physical damage or neglect. Murk Optics does not warranty against lost items or scratched lenses. Additionally, any alterations of Murk Optics products will void warranty coverage. Returns, refunds, and store credits may be made at the discretion of Murk Optics.

Outside of 90 days? Email us a photo of your damaged item and we’ll hook you up with a discount to purchase a replacement.
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 1 weeks' time after receiving your order with photos of the wrong/damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
