RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Any unused product ordered can be returned within 30 days. All returns must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging/condition with receipt and tags attached. The customer will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product. If the received item is used but was claimed to be unused, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product back to them. Merchandise received after 30 days will only be accepted at our discretion for an online store credit. Excludes final sale items, free gifts and promotional items with retail value. Returns, refunds, and store credits may be made at the discretion of Murk Optics.

Package the return shipment securely. Use the original packaging when possible. Affix the return label to the outside of the package. Please remove or cover all old labels and barcodes. All returns need to be sent to:

Refunds take 5 to 10 days after we have received the returned item.
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at email@example.com
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 1 weeks' time with photos of the wrong/damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at email@example.com within 1 week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
